PERMIT SUBMISSION PROCESS

To submit for permits, click HERE to access the request portal, where you will upload all required documents. Please ensure that all documents are submitted in PDF format.

PLANNING & ZONING REVIEW

• Initial review by the Planning & Zoning department typically takes 1-3 weeks.
• Once zoning is approved, the Town of FMB will conduct parallel reviews across all relevant departments.

PERMIT TIMELINES

• NEW CONSTRUCTION PERMITS:
  • With a comprehensive and complete submittal package:
    • Review cycle: 2-3 weeks per cycle (optimistic timeline)
    • Estimated number of review cycles: 3 cycles
    • Total estimated permit duration: 4-6 months

REMODEL/REPAIR PERMITS: 

• With a comprehensive and complete submittal package:
  • Review cycle: 2-3 weeks per cycle (optimistic timeline)
